As the election petition tribunal case heats up it appear one president-elect has allegedly fled the country for fear of being served petition by a coalition of opposition parties challenging the election and the process in court.
Court’ gave green light to opposition to serve petitions on the president-elect by substituted means.

Intentionally obstructing(e.g fleeing from court injunctions, etc) justice is a serious crime punishable by imprisonment.
