this maxi tv is i am sorry to say, another of those chinko made for africa products. i have googled it and i can only find sales info for nigerian outlets . i cannot fin any website with actual support information.

Shows no sign of use.

Remote was forgotten when i was moving out of my previous apartment. Every other thing is intact.

check the cables. Unplug all the cables, be it HDMI, RCA ( that yellow, red and white ) cables. Just disconnect everything and reconnect them firmly.

That should do it if the tv isn't faulty.

i'm sorry, i dont think anything can be done about screen lines short of replacing the panel - which is usually almost the cost of the tv.
