This is one the things that made trading difficult, if you have intentions of carrying trade overnight, you need to put alert ON , when it's 5min to rollover time remove your SL and wait after 1hr ,puts your SL back.

I was awake from 9-11 lastnit just to manage my positions on EU, the funny is that I woke this morning and discovered that my MFF account hit BE and TFT escape the BE due to difference in spreads . Unless MFF charged me $80 for swap, it's getting worst everyday.

imagine me having a daily timeframe entry, just cos it didnt appear the way I expected it to be, I sha entered buy on a daily time frame, only for a lower time frame momentum sell candle to show up and then I close trade to secure small.profit, do u know that the trade is playing just as expected and guess what I am no longer in the trade. if I had stayed in the trade till this point now I know how much I would HV had by now and target is still far

You need 60% win rate on 1:1 rr to be profitable, whereas on 1:3 rr you need just 30% win rate.

For me 1:1 is gambling even though your strategy is Madd.

With a 1:3 rr you can pass any prop firm account with just 2 trades! There's a method to it.

You gotta understand, trading is an imperfect game,,. Whenever I go aggressive on a trade, i.e risking 25% or 30% of my account, all I'm looking for is a 1:1 and I'm done for the month... Another trader may do 1:5 and his profits is not even up to someone else's 1:0.5

Nobody's strategy is right or wrong,,, as long as you end up blue and happy spending your profits

He should avoid some pairs

For me I will advise him to focus on one of the major pairs to avoid hitting the SL every single trade and end up blowing up the account again
