25 wetin? 25years gini. Tomorrow is not primised. What if sb quench before 25years and relatives for one reason or the other cannot maintain payment for period of 4months/5months. Meaning property would be repossessed
Personally, l would advice sb to go for a moderate affordable property,mortgage slavery one can conveniently finish paying off in 10 years.
