Who salary epp? Earning in foreign currencies online is one of the best decision I ever took in Nigeria. I started Upwork in 2020.

I'm leveraging on the stability of US economy to stay afloat here in Nigeria. That's the best way to live right now.

So this month, I decided to start sharing my Upwork earnings from the month of March 2022.

Imagine earning $1467 in one month without buying or shipping a product. Here's the breakdown of the orders:

$400
$130
$130
$260
$155
$152
$65
$175

Excluding Upwork charges I was able to take home 675k in March.

Lol. Typical Nigerian mentality. Bring out one person I have ever scammed or die in silence forever. You failed and didn't succeed at Upwork doesn't mean others not making it.

Don't ever quote me because I won't reply you

probably his account except his brother or someone he has access to. He can be of help without requesting for cash.

If I see anyone in My Area and have all the stuffs he need to start and very ready for the work, I'll send him details and what platforms can help and how he can go around d platform without any financial request. If he make it, he'll remember me because he can even be making more dan me depending on how good he is with his niche

And what is wrong in selling ebooks? I have spent close to 70k on learning online and I have not made a damn but that doesnt mean those courses are rubbish.

Do you expect me to have breakthrough online tomorrow and start dishing out information I have been gathering for lots of year for free?

Lol! grin. Actually I'm not on Upwork, but I know I Will so excel if ever I venture into it. I have other plans though God's willing.

But then, I apologize for calling you a scammer, sorry. But I have my reasons which were:

First, You have conducted close to 3 different groups of trainings here, made up of 10 person's per group since creation of your threads. And of which you collected a whooping 10, 000 naira from each of the participants according to the information/ screenshots you posted/ showed us. And you assured them that you would hold them by hand and make sure they succeed at Upwork within 3 months or 6 months max. And if not, you would refund them their full payment. And I feel it's likely that assurance that made many of them pay you.

Secondly, after a while then, I wanted to contact you in order to pay you for someone that has been disturbing me, whom I wanted her to go for the training, but on a thought, I decided to ask your supposed mentees to at least share their testimonies, to let others know if actually what you promised them before payment was actually what they got after the payment so as to encourage others that would want to enroll for the training too. Unfortunately, none came forward grin grin grin. You should guess what my action and reaction following the incident. That's why I never contacted you.

Thirdly, Fast-forward to another day, you posted and said and I quote: " people ask you if you're not scared that the people that you want to train or train may have to share your customers with you, and that you always tell them no, that you're not scared or afraid of sharing your customers with your supposed mentees because, first, you know that 90 or so percent of your trainees/ mentees will never practice what you will give them in the training and that the remaining little remaining percentage that would want to try to implement it after the training would give up in 3 weeks, and that's why you are training them, because you're sure your customers are 100% safe"!

And then I gave up, I mean, you boldly stated you're training them because you know they would never succeed at what you will be training them on! You're happily setting them up to fail! And still has the effrontery to collect 10k from each of them grin. Haba!
Well, If that is not scamming, I wonder what's grin grin!
My sincere apologies though.
Peace.

Very nice, should've learnt that instead of UI and ux, does it require coding skills.

it requires solidity language. It's just a bit from Java script.

UI/UX are fantastic but my problem with them is that we have alot of freelancers who are into it.

What I do generally is to try and insert my self into the *emerging tech* which obviously has lesser crowd.

AI related service
Blockchain
App testing
And so on like dat.
You can.even find some of them if you search it from the job section.

Went into UI and ux because I am good at designing and creativity, only for me to see it's already saturated, I tried to branch into software development to augument it and realized it's also saturated, I'm just stuck in limbo now, unable to move forward.

Truth is, no skills that's not saturated already. Amidst the saturation, you can still attract your own raving clients and make a bank with it.
I'm telling you from personal experience.

I got on Upwork during the peak of Covid, when alot of people are seriously embrassing remote work and flooded freelance platforms.
Yet, I caved a path for myself.
You can as well.

Just pick one niche, one type of client, and one solution you will achieve for them.

(Be an expert in ONE field, don't be a generalist)

Focus on that, and you should make it.

All skills are saturated online.

675K out of $1400. That's 1,036,000. That's almost half a million.

Dude, you're losing a huge chunk of money there.

Speak to your clients and see if they can pay you via other means. I have clients now who I managed to take offline and I get paid directly in Western Union.

You're losing way too much my guy

Go to LinkedIn and find your clients there.

How much of the training you received have you implemented? The guy just told you the brutal truth. 99% of people never do what they learn. It's a fact.
