I got a court judgement last month for my tenant I took to court for repossession of my property. On the judgement, they were given till 19th of March to vacate my property and they still haven't vacated. How do I go about enforcing the court judgement?? I called a friend in the NPF and he said it is the duty of the bailiff to effect their eviction. This is my first time and I would like more light to be shed on this please. Mind you, they have been staying in the apartment for 7months without no payment. My survival depend on the property too.

Just remember that lagos state laws Favours the tenants. You threaten them they will get you arrested, you break in or try to forcefully envict you will get sued. Only card u have is to appeal to them to leave your property peacefully. No go threaten person and the next day he no wake up oh, nah straight to prison even the property if them sell am no go reach the case.

Go back to court, it is the work of the bailiff evict a tenant.

Ask the court clerk to direct you on what to do.
