I need an either an open plan office space of about 35 to 40 m2 or a miniflat that can be used for office use, in any of the following areas VI,Ikoyi or Onikan in Lagos Island. My budget is 500K per annum but can consider paying higher if i find a suitable option. I can also consider a shared or partitioned open plan office .Area must be condusive and have ample parking space.To be used for consulting purposes. |

There is 40sq,m in Onikan for 400k p.a and there is also an open space office in a building close to Western House on Broad Street for 500,000 p.a Call me on 08033472004 for more info and inspection |
