Mctominay is not even inside the game. United midfield is empty

I just can't understand the role of Weghorst in this team. A centre forward whose default mode is to pass the ball backwards to defenders. He lacks the pace to beat defenders. He can't shoot with either foot. He doesn't win any headers from corner kicks or free kicks despite his height. He doesn't get himself into any goal scoring positions, in fact he would be more useful as a defensive midfielder because he runs about a lot with no results like a headless chicken.

abeg guy don't blame mctominay, blame the useless coach for belittling the guy, wen he was asked by the press that mctominay played as a striker in his early days from the youth settings and he has scored 4 goals in the international break, will he consider playing him up front rather than ghost, the coach respond was so sickening, he doesn't trust the lad at all
