Hisense is a good product, but like other brands in their prime, many fake Hisense are in the market, just like Samsung, thermocool, and LG.

The difference between you and Hisense na say Hisense na global brand and have somewhat of an image to protect. Hisense of course. I didn't buy a fake, I bought it directly from Fouani! I always go straight to verified dealers, even my current Samsung is from Sims. I went back and they sent their technician. He came and said it is perfect. When there is light, it is working, the light off, it would defrost in seconds! Things were spoiling! We didn't put it on until 2 days after o. I got tired of my mum's complaints and got her a Thermocool. No single complaint to date! Funny enough I did want to give them another try (buy a TV) until someone knocked senses into my head.

I am all for full disclosure. Something most Nigerian sellers do not practice. That is why I can't do business in Nigeria. I won't stock certain goods that would give me a heart attack.
