This is a big fat lie by the All Propaganda Congress.
I've been in Abuja for some years and this is the yearly practice of some Abuja Muslim faithfuls.
They gather at the Unity Fountain to break their fasts and to give out to those that doesn't have what to beak with.
That's why what you're seeing in the pics is Kunu/Koko and Kosei (Akamu and Akara).
This doesn't have any political leaning. If not, you would have seen APC banners and posters everywhere.
