How far with Dangote refinery? I thought it was scheduled to start refining in 2022. Maybe they should use the money intended for the purposeless census to build another refinery while they use the data from our national identity cards, BVN, covid 19 shots to estimate our numbers. They can augument with health centers in every local govet to collect additional data without incurring more expenses. May God rid Nigeria of bad governance! |
