When oil was booming, Nigeria was producing less and stealing the proceeds

Now oil is getting almost useless, our oil barrels are stuck on high seas without buyers.
Country is supposedly broke
Only option is to reverse the ships, sell the oil to Nigerians @ zero subsidy prices.
A choice we have no options as there are only maybe 30 electric cars in the full federation.

Same oil many Arab nations used to start life and are excelling in

Some times I wonder if it's palm oil we have.

As long as we have those thieves in power, none is better. They'll still find a way to loot.

Don’t worry the oil will still sell though there are alternatives but oil remains the prime, Let’s be firm the west knows how to make you feel useless but if you remain firm you’ll brake them.

Run a statistic on all the 2023 Vehicles manufactured, higher percentage is gas powered. American inflation is tipping from Runshia Ukrainian war. Don’t worry we still have a greater chance of winning. Let’s be professional, let’s set our standards high and advertise it

Oil is becoming stale
Hence the fluctuations in demand.

This is what you get when you don't vote visionary and committed leaders.

It would have actually been good if we exported palm oil instead of crude oil.
NB: A barrel of crude oil is around $87 but a barrel of palm oil is around $600. So which is better?
what of demand? If Nigeria start producing 1million barrels a day the cost of a barrel will fall to less than a 20 cents! It has to be scarce for value! Over 100 m barrels are sold daily worldwide and the price is 87 dollars nothing fit sell like that

The west want to negotiate, our leaders should please be mindful not to negotiate our future away, I believe there is a strategic revolution coming from African nations to totally free Africans from slavery. Africa should be ready because the west won’t take it lying down. If Africa is ready the leaders should carry their people along and truly be ready.

African leaders should train and sponsor people to reorientate our people to start thinking highly of Africa and show confidence in the greatness of Africa.

African leaders please support Africans, educate us about true survival, show us that you care, feed the disadvantaged as humans not as slaves teach us how to build and not tear down, show us value in self preservation, honesty and professionalism.

The way you care and respect us your people will force the west to respect all of us. We need to feel and be humans too, black race are the most disrespected in the world while we should be the most respected. Let’s earn our respect and not beg for it.

Sponsor people to identify gifted children, students and train them specially to work for Africas greatness

You all that is shouting that Nigeria should diversify its economy.

Are you aware that northern Nigeria political leaders refuse to go into massive mechanised Agriculture that can yield huge revenue from their input?

The north has the biggest land in the whole of West Africa but they do not fancy Agriculture.

They prefer the peanut that is coming from Niger delta crude oil.

BUHARI KEEP WASTING MONEY SEARCHING FOR SINGLE DROPS OF CRUDE OIL DEPOSIT IN NORTHERN NIGERIA.

INSTEAD OF PUSHING HIS OWN NORTHERN PEOPLE TO FACE AGRICULTURE.

Agriculture remain the future of NORTHERN NIGERIA because of their vast land and it will also do us in the southern part of Nigeria including the middlebelt region if Agriculture is given a topnotch priority in the scale of preferences by the three teirs of government in Nigeria, federal, state and local government.

The Tinubu Administration should push state governors to THINK OUT OF THE BOX and shur up their revenue base.

Federal government must stop this feeding bottle economy.

Abuja FCT is busy sharing the revenue of the Niger delta regions to lazy and idle states in Nigeria.

That is not the essence of true federalism.

NIGERIA MUST EMBRACE TRUE FEDERALISM.

Better still we go into confederation.

That was the position of Ojukwu at Aburi Ghana before the civil war exploded into full scale war.

As long as we have those thieves in power, none is better. They'll still find a way to loot.

Definitely, our people as a nation is not our population but wicked and corrupt leaders and don't forget to add gullible masses who allowed themselves to be divided by the politician along tribal, ethnic and religious lines.
And our economy been depended on oil would have been a thing of the past if we have crop of visionary, honest and competent leaders.
Our population ought to be an advantage and a propelling factor to out greatness and economic prosperity.

Even Anointing Oil can't save Nigeria's economy.

Compare amount of Nigeria's Natural resources to Saudi's. Population aside, Nigeria's problem is Over dependence on oil, and even the revenue from the oil, bad leaders have stolen everything.

Do you think Saudi's economy is over reliant on oil.

China doesn't have oil, infact China has more population than Nigeria, are we living better than they are?

Russia, the largest exporter of oil, is their economy oil based? Can Nigeria survive the sanction that Russia is surviving. Russia has about 130m people.

Even if Nigeria has little population, with these crop of leaders, the country will still remain the way it is, feel free to disagree.

Heck, how many functional refineries does your country have?

https://saharareporters.com/2023/04/04/20-nigerian-crude-oil-ships-stranded-international-market-over-reduced-demands-france

This news doesn't make sense because before you spend money to carry a product on sea over several miles, the buyer would be aware that d supplier is coming. If d buyer doesn't need the product, the supplier wouldn't make arrangements to go supply. Is Sahara saying that d supplier just carried product without finding out if it's buyer actually needed d product or not? I don't believe this story. It's crap
