In all the texts I quoted from the Electoral Act,, none of them said anything that sounded similar to what you suggested above.

The word "transmit" doesn't automatically mean upload to Irev portal. The Act allows INEC to decide how results are transmitted...physical delivery of result from polling booth to collation center is still transmission....the Act didn't specify that it must be electronic

The Electoral Act says something about:
“The collation officers SHALL confirm that their Collated Results are CONSISTENT with the results that were TRANSMITTED DIRECTLY From the Polling-units”..

So, doesn't this mean that the Delivered Results which the Collation Officers Collated at their collation centers Are DIFFERENT from the Directly Transmitted Results??

(Of which each and every of the Collation Officers Must make sure that these two different results are CONSISTENT before they can deliver their Collated Results to the next level of collation)


Are the words of the Electoral Act not clear enough in that particular section.??
