Are realtime transmitted data not supposed to be credible than physically delivered data that can be easily compromised? Why didn't INEC harmonize the IRev results and the physically delivered results before announcing the winner?

Sincerely the things I see in Nigeria really amazes me...sometimes am dumbfounded...you mean inec DELIBERATELY did that after the billions given to run the election .

Did they forget that protecting the server was part of the billions given to run the election ...overhead cost.

The answer is No, atleast as it is written in electoral act.

The verdict will now depend on how LP and PDP can argue that real time transmission is Key.

I am yet to see any of the lawyers and consultants hired by them, saying that their is a huge disparity between the collated form EC8A and what is on IREV and thus believe the numbers are significant enough to make P.O president.

When they are not screaming emotionally, they are talking about minute cases of violence, intimidation e.t.c which is widely spread across all parties and regions and can be matched 1 to 1 by lawyers on both sides.
