Anyone that is capable of leading Lagos for 8 years successfully cannot find any difficulty in directing the affairs of Nigeria.

If despite all federal government investments, privileges as a former federal capital, privileges as the bank , oil ,gas, consular, aviation and telco capital of Nigeria and West Africa, Lagos is coming last in the world rating , what would happen if these privileges were never there in the first instance.

This would mean Lagos becoming the worst place on the face of mankind, worse than chernobyl
