It is no longer news that Gov Rochas is inseparable from substandard quality in all his projects. Every road he has constructed or rehabilitated never lasts more than 4months. I mean it, sincerely. When they were doing this flyover (Ohakim actually started the project), some parts were built with mouded cement and sand blocks. People raised their voice concerning that, but he said they were talking because they are PDP agents.

This flyover, which was constructed and commissioned many many months ago, is yet to be used by anybody, maybe following advice from some experts. The flyover was closed afterwards, and the adjourning roads have been witnessing heavy trafic gridlock since then. It was discovered that the bridge has cracked and has left people asking what tragedy would have happened had it not been closed.

The flyover is located in Okigwe road, Orji, near Iwuanyanwu's white house. Tax payers money waisted just like that!

As an addendum, I don't know why that Abagworo of a guy is such a wicked dumb! He actually posted street lights on the flyover sometime ago on Nairaland, as Rochas achievements, even when the project is not being used. I hate that Abagworo for always mocking Imo state with his posts. God will reward you!

By demolishing all major roads in Owerri since 6months ago, and making Owerri look like a rubble? Every single road Rochas has attempted to fix, never lasted 4months after working on it. Almost no government presence in the rural communities in Imo state-our villages are rarely motorable. With almost 6years in office, can you list institutions or projects Rochas has started and completed which will impart the citizens. I'm in Imo state and I'll go and take pictures of whatever you mention.

Before Rochas became governor, Owerri was always on the list of top 3 cleanest cities in Nigeria, and most times the cleanest. People, including me had public water supply in their homes almost always. In fact we rarely went to get water from private boreholes. Owerri had very wonderful road network which he has refused to maintain. Tell me what Rochas has been doing as governor

Anybody who has not gone to Owerri recently should pay a visit before commenting. The rate of infrastructural development is unbelievable! This nonsense shouldn't be taken with any seriousness as it is as stupid as the 600 million tree story. The bridge has not been completed as work is going on all the roads around it. When completed it will be put to use and people like OP will get busy looking for other lies and blackmail.

Oya over 400 schools for a start or should I mention over 20 dual carriageways abi na hospitals? In fact everything you see in Imo State today aside 3 or 4 projects are Okorocha's legacy.
