Results from Obio akpor was out of this world.

Stop asking questions with a closed mind. This is Nigeria. Elections are never fair. If they were fair, no one would have gotten 25% in 24+ States. The results in some states just make no sense. We had issues of people not being able to get their voters card. We have polling units were elections weren’t held. We have units were boxes were snatched. We had issues of people being threatened to stay at home. All of these amounts to rigging.
I don’t understand how a well meaning Nigerian will say there wasn’t rigging. Just wait for the court to decide and move on from there.

That happened after the results had been announced and collated Manually it couldn’t be manipulated anymore

What the law allows is for parallel transmission of results. However the guidelines must be followed. The results had to be uploaded real time.

Even the results on irev never tallied with what was declared on Obio akpor.
In this era of bvas, only Obio akpor produced such landslide margin. Even Bello and Hope were not heartless like the Rivers Emperor.
Having said that,I believe the election was an improvement on previous elections. You can't rig where you are not popular.
