The way out is to go back to the Presidency and ask for the Security Plans they have for Benue State, afterall,you just came back from the place.
Also,as a governor -elect,try to device -New Plans to Secure your State e g Payments to Local Vigilante on Monthly basis!
May be because Benue State is closer to some borders,make local people too be responsible by Monthly payments to them,it will surely reduces the incursions!
