Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
-Manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
-Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and customers
-Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts
-Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
-Analyse sales data and use it to make informed business decisions

Requirements:

-OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
-Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing a sales team
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
