Hi guys. I got a UK used 11 pro max yesterday, BH 88%. Since I haven’t t been able to get a full charge. It used about 3 hours to charge from 1-72% and then stopped adding charge and started dropping instead while it was plugged to power. I disabled optimized battery charging and tried again, and got notification that charging was on hold due to high temperature but the phone wasn’t hot a bit. I unplugged to use it and within two hours it dropped to 52% and then I plugged overnight and this morning it was at 48% plugged in, meanwhile there was light all through. How can I fix this, please.

The phone began acting up,my engineer removed it and it started working normal but everything that’s had to do with the flex stopped working including Face ID and earpiece speaker

How much does it cost to replace it? And would it affect Face ID if repaired?
