Now the camera is not working, even the flashlight, even when I use WhatsApp or ig to try and snap it still shows
Hope it's not that the guy has tampered with something?
If not what can I do

Hi guys. I got a UK used 11 pro max yesterday, BH 88%. Since I haven’t t been able to get a full charge. It used about 3 hours to charge from 1-72% and then stopped adding charge and started dropping instead while it was plugged to power. I disabled optimized battery charging and tried again, and got notification that charging was on hold due to high temperature but the phone wasn’t hot a bit. I unplugged to use it and within two hours it dropped to 52% and then I plugged overnight and this morning it was at 48% plugged in, meanwhile there was light all through. How can I fix this, please.

Maybe the repairer forgot to connect the camera's flex connector to the panel (motherboard)
