You are not from Anambra, you an envious bitter frustrated imo indigene. No sane Anambra indigene would say that Anambra international airport is not indeed a needed infrastructure. You just opened your moniker few days ago to fool yourself. Anambra has left the rest of SE far behind when Obiano built a worldclass international airport, a worldclass international convention centre, flyovers, bridges, etc. Anambra is today the Lagos of the eastern Nigeria where every igbo man from other SE states moves to for greener pasture. Stop deceiving yourself because we know who you are

Kossyso:

You can still make your point without all this bile. I won't go further to engage you anyway. I pray that may Obiano likes never happen to Anambra again. I may lack the words to describe how Obiano messed our dear state up but the truth remains that nwoke afu na onye be ya sechihara anyi aka clock azu. Just so you know, I am full Anambrarian, from Nanka to be precise. I live at Osumenyi street, Awada Obosi. Nee yard m, nee Iba pope. So mmadu agahi akorom ihe na eme na Anambra akoro. Udo diri gi.

Good points

globemoney01:

If Obiano met Anambra the way Soludo met it by now Anambra will be competiting with Lagos. Soludo is the luckiest Anambra governor because he met everything already working for him, he met Anambra as an oil producing state, met Anambra Airport and ICC, a fast developing Awka with flyovers, a vibrant education and health sector, ANSIPPA, AHIS, ACDTA, a decent IGR base. Compare this to Obiano that met a village with no projects, over 120 billion in debt, no streetlight, no flyovers, a dead capital, poorly paid workers, kidnapping capital of Nigeria then you will agree Obiano was able to turn around a mess. Isn't it shameful that Peter obi ran his presidential campaign using obiano projects, that's how bad his tenure was.

we know you are only jealous Obiano had the foresight and vision to build Anambra laudable and lagacy projects and not obi without any project to his name after 8 years of oil boom. This is why you will keep mentioning Obiano forever. Ok, even if we agree Anambra Airport is not profitable, atleast it is profitable to obi and his wife who go there almost everyday now to take pictures and mount his campaign billboards while you are here talking nonsense. Ezi.

Dont mind these Animals, check all the records of best performing states in Nigeria over the past 8 years, its only Anambra you will find in all the South East, all other SE states are dead. This is why I'm happy about the Govt house being done by Soludo, we wont have any reason not to host any SE meetings in Anambra after that project is completed. Instead of them to start begging their governors to perform like Obiano they are busy creating several monikers to hate.

This Is Orange drugs in Onitsha own by an Imo indigene. While Anambra people build ordinary two naira play ground in imo, instead imo indigenes sink billions of naira in industrialisation in Onitsha. No wonder imo state is useless worthless and backward with high unemployment, etc, because there are no industrial complexes to employ graduates, that's why most imo indigenes troop to Anambra for greener pasture.

Pictures: Orange drugs industrial complexes Onitsha, own by an imo indigene

Imo indigene came to develop your state economy, employed your people and bring the money home. Look at ordinary roller coaster Janglover built by an Anambra man in Owerri we won't hear world. Orange drug's built a multi billion plant, all the houses built in fegge Onitsha and 33 owned by imo indigens because of Ogbogu at bridgehead pharmaceutical businesses. All controlled by Orlu imo people. This is an evidence of who controls the economic power house of the East. Imo man came to your land, create investment, employment for you. put food on your table and growing your crippling economy. All you could do is to badmouth them.

My main reason of replying the guy was because he wanted to feel good that an Anambra man invested in the backward imo state, but I decided to bust his bubble and show him that most imo indigenes sink billions in Anambra.

Now on why most imo indigenes prefer to invest in Anambra than imo, it is no secret that imo is a poor state with low economic worth. So any good investor whether from imo or else wouldn't wanna waste resources investing in a poor worthless economy like that of imo state.

Most investors at head bridge pharmaceuticals zone are mostly imo indigenes that came to Onitsha for greener pasture to invest and make good profits, something their home state cannot offer them.

Now imo state must start to build and develop the state because this capital flights of imo indigenes trooping to Anambra shall continue until imo state can get it right with leadership.

What will you tell millions of anambra people hustling, building and investing heavily in Lagos like P-square that has no good house in his home town but bought mansion's in Lekki, does it mean Anambra state is poor with no economic values right, thereby chasing Anambra people out of their states to Lagos to occupy Yoruba man spaces. Even when they're being killed and threàtened to chase them back to Onitsha they still insist they will not leave Lagos to dry Anambra state?

Millions of imo indigenes ran to live in Anambra because Owerri is a cursed backward useless worthless shithole state. Imo is a failed state that's why most imo indigenes preferred to sink billions in Anambra, leaving their cursed dry worthless imo state abandoned. Economy of Nnewi alone is bigger than the economy of the entire imo state. Imo hasn't gotten any FDI for almost 8yrs whereas Anambra has been getting billions of dollars in investments. Imo is a failed state

Oraifite village, Anambra State, Nigeria

In the late 1980s, this places used to be haggard but Igbo business men have turned it to amazing destinations. They build beautiful mansions in their villages.

Nice

What I will really like Anambra investors and businessmen to improve on is their aethestics and building design.

Then also the government needs to do away with single carriage road and roads with open drainage

Anambra has past that level

I am impressed

I think Anambra Govt led by Soludo needs to invest in media after 3 years (by then many of his roads might have been completed)
