UI/UX as a discipline is code-agnostic.

UX is about the user/customer journey through your system, and how and when you present them with access to information and resource.

The UX designer architects (sometimes in conjunction with a product owner/manager or BA) what the user experience should be, and then instructs his engineering team/technical resource to construct it

Omo, there’s nothing in reality. Maybe the “UX engineer“ does some work with wireframes and other UX practices but I’d say UX engineering is a subset of FE.

I will prefer the Dambazzau man to Ribadu for the NSA job. Ribadu is not an ex-security/military guy , I don’t think he will be right fit for the job .

Ribadu can be given other positions like Miniter for interior ; his proven track records will be useful in subset of the interior ministry like Nigerian Correctional services(the prisons ), immigration , etc . Perhaps he will be able to breath a breathe of fresh air into them.

A UI/UX designer design user interfaces while following user experience guidelines. A UI/UX designer uses tools like: Figma, Adobe XD...etc

A Frontend developer builds the UI that the UI/UX designer created.
A Frontend developer uses technologies like:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, a JavaScript framework like React, Angular, Svelte, Astro... etc (dem plenty but React is the top boy)
API integration

A UX engineer, I'm thinking it's kind of what you'll call a UNICORN.
Designs the interface then builds it with those frontend tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) in other to make the design functional.

It's kinda a hybrid position where they work in both the design and development team
