Happened in 2020 , she went to beach in Greece with her parents, and was playing in the shallow part with her unicorn float when a little wind pushed her far into sea when the parents where not paying attention

This is the complete story.
She went to the beach with her parents on that balloon floating thing.
Parents didn't notice when the water pushed her away. She is roughly 800m from the shore (less than 1 km)
The passing ferry (boat) saw and rescued her. But her parents had already reported her missing to local authorities and they were already looking for her. This incident took place 2 years ago, 2021.

The person who posted the story made it look as if, it happened today 2023, as if the girl was 1000km in the high seas. As if the girls family were careless.

The boat is ordinary ferry carry people and cars to another place. It is not a rescue boat with divers and other equipment. That's why it's only shirt and knickers people you're seeing there.
