Buy 4 and get 1 free is a red flag for me in real estate matters.

Imagine 100 people buy 4plots,that's 100 free plots from the real estate company to the buyers. Who pays for the 100 plot and how is it funded.

Most times, it's a scam except you get allocated the plot immediately but experience shows that they don't accept full payment from those who are interested in the buy 4 and get 1 promo.
