That was probably N300 per measure under Oga Jona.
Though clueless, he conceded and didn't resort to shameless rigging. He was never in support of "bandits" because we saw casualty pictures of terrorists.
Oh Oga Jona my Jona, Ilu ti Jo ina tan lowo APC.
And how much was it under OBJ? Abacha?

Keep with the times.

Nigeria is a ship with a hole that constantly sucks in water. It won't sink immediately.
Or a cancerous cell, it won't kill you immediately, it'll gradually sap everything from the host and bam, the host's gone.

All the baastards that have been and still are in control of the national resources are all guilty of destroying the country's economy, Oga Jona and his cabinet members included.

Ah, lest I forget, your governors are included too.

I think it's Module that became the "mudu" or "modu" you hear everywhere (I stand to be corrected). If it is, then, they are using it wrongly because module is not actually a standard of measurement but rather a part or unit of a whole thing that can be assembled and disassembled.

We learn everyday.

So una no fit buy one cup of rice, that small tin cup, only modu? 😧
What if Dem no fit afford the modu?

Some part of southern Nigeria call it congo of rice, I think the Yorubas. For some part of Southern Nigeria, one tin small cup is 200 naira, while what you call modu will be about 2,000 naira, which is 200 naira × approximately 10 cups(which makes one modu) or 1 modu no be 9½/10 cups of rice?
1 mudu is equal to 8cups of tim peak milj

QuinModah:

My advice to ALL Nairalander: STOCK UP

We are looking at $0.8 x 460 = 380 or
$0.8 x 750 =600.

Depending on how USD is allocated to OIal Marketers at 460 is another subsidies of forex prone to another round of abuse.

At 750 PMS = 600 per litre
-Hyper-inflation,
-Social unrest;
-Increase Multiple-demensional poverty;
-Demand destruction,
-Divestment
Credit Alhaji

In addition to the removal of subsidy, be prepared for the unexpected.
The official value of the Naira will be devalued for it to reflect its true value. Buhari's incompetent interference in the exchange rate is why you have 460 at the official market and 750 at the black market.

The removal of petrol subsidies will lead to the rise of petrol. I get an idea of the price, check the going rate of diesel or kerosene. Both are not subsidized and their prices are fully deregulated.

There is no choice but this tough medicine, otherwise, the country will keep borrowing to subsidize petrol which is absolute nonsense.
