There are two types of coolant pre-mix and concentrate. You mix concentrate. You don't mix premix.

When he finished I installed the radiator and filled with water. I am still observing if there would be leaks.

I was checking on coolant online but the price nor be here. Considering the leaking my rediator it wouldn't be wise.

If I can buy new radiator it would make more since but not with this one.

I just drove home and turn off the car. But the fan was still blowing. I came out from the car to observe it if I’m hearing it well. There was panic in me. I enter the car and start the car and i saw that the temperature has pass the half mark way up. Panic and I didn’t keep my eye on the dashboard while driving this night, what comes to my mind is the radiator, this kind thing has never happened before. Make this radiator nor come put me for problem oh.

I off the car but the fan still continue. I was scared at that moment. I enter google and did search and the results calm me down. I called my mechanic to inform him but it looks like he haven’t seen something like that before. The fan runs for several minutes before it shut down.

I called my mechanic to inform him again. He said just leave it to cool down till tomorrow. From tomorrow morning fill the water.

Men i nor wan hear engine wahala oh.

use a litre of coolant to fight rust and condensed or distilled water that has higher boiling point , not tap water with low 100degree boiling point which can evaporate coursing shortage for now , buy a new radiator and never put water into your cooling system except coolant for 5years ppractically by me

You don't fill the water radiator, there's a stop point and I do use water from Air condition which does not have some chemical water contains.

my car manufacturer recommended 50% distilled water and 50% undiluted collant, but what we have in 9ja is already mixed coolant, you can buy a pot and weld a 2inch pipe to the cover, boil and recieve the evaporated water as a distilled water.

use a sealant like blue gum in a tub,on the tip of the host between engine and radiator to avoid leaks

If you want to use water use water with higher boiling point

Make sure you use an engine coolant thermostat

Check the rubber seal at the radiator cap for breaks, may course leak under radiator pressure

Always keep eye's on your your temperature gauge while driving

Don't allow any technician to connect your fan to run continuesly

finally I bought new radiator N32000. It was a tough decision at this very time. But i had to do it.

I bought abro coolant 4L N4000.

I really don’t know if its fake. The coolant was not enough to fill the radiator and reserve tank, so i use bole hole water to filled it.

At least for now radiator issues is out.

Let me face others.

I bought a new radiator but it's the same thing. It look like that patches for the former one worked.

I have been observing the problem because the water now drain fast. Unlike before I patches that former one and now that I bought a new one.

I have trace the leakage.

When the engine is warm because of the temostats. It creates high pressure. I told me mechanic but he said it's not possible that even if there is no cover on the reservoir it will not like. but I have did my research and come to a conclusion The pressure goes to the reservoir tank. From the high pressure in the reservoir tank it spills out from the cover. The cover is not air proved. So the water splash out. I put a white tissue paper around the cover from experiment And I could find a green stain on the tissue also the fact I clean the top of the reservoir tank I could find dried liquid stain on top.

I don't know if to buy a new reservoir tank or to use seal tap on the cover?
