He might have made more from internet scam and he just got nabbed for the $100 own he recently pulled,with that been said i don’t understand the rationale behind Efcc scapegoat in and persecuting small fries like this dude in a bid to look efficient and alive to their duties.

The useless thieving politicians that have grounded this country don’t get to carry useless white marker boards like this guy neither does their trial ends swiftly the take an average of 5-10 years to prosecute,while those crooks stall the hearings with their criminal lawyers(SANs)cos of lack of conclusive evidence on the part of the incompetent bunch at EFcc then go on to eventually lose the case or the case gets thrown out by the court.

Also there are boys deep into this yahoo menace who have amassed wealth and made a fortune from their nefarious activities the Loading,credit card,BEC scam boys you hardly see them getting such harsh sentences or public shamed as the scammers they’re cos they pay their way out and settle with big money.Efcc are great at shining with soft and easy targets.

If you have corrupt evidence against politicians kindly send them to the prosecuting units of every law enforcement office in the country. However, the rationale to justify crimes due to politicians corruption or ineptitude is foolish and idiotic.

As for the topic, it's just one of my pet peeves that you people don't see the wayo in Naija sentencing system.

This guy was given a slap on the wrist made to sound harsh and you people fell for it!

He's given one year on each of the two counts to run CONCURRENTLY - meaning he was given ONE YEAR for both counts. And he's the option to pay N200k instead, which is nothing. And everyone of you was saying how harsh 2 years is
