I wanted to keep this to myself before but lemme also share it, it may help someone out there.

I know am not yet there, but I know am making progress and the goal of having a 3 prop firm Account this year is a possibility (won thru contest or purchased).

After blowing the $5000 mff prop Account I won in January (at stage 2), I was devastated. I took some time off. Came back, deposited my hard earned $10 into cent account. All the trades I took ended in a loss until I lost the account again.

I often ask myself "why will what will make someone rich make the person poor, and broke?), Something must be wrong.

I reached out to one of my bosses who I have huge respect for but I was never in touch with him all this while. I reached out to him for help, guidance and corrections Two things he said to me.

The first is, I will quote his exact words: (However, I watch dxy to hit levels first then look for the corresponding xxxusd pair to make the move.
Most times when dxy rejects support, xxxusd rejects it's next resistance and vice versa)


The second is: (I know it's not the easiest thing to do but I think it's better to just stick to your setup as long as within comfortable risk except you see something entirely different.).


I ran with this golden words if wisdom, I internalise the words. When I felt refreshed again, I funded $5 cent account. The account is currently $30 as at today. I withdrew$3 last week.

Today I withdrew $5.

I am not where I planned to be, but I sure do know that am making progress and running with those two words. I share the two words with you all, maybe it can help someone the same way it helped me.

Took my profit 1 @ exactly your entry . I just set plenty pending orders on my demo and this is what I came to meet after work. I gambled with Xagusd, I placed a market order and I'm already on -$160 instantly due to the spread. It's f**c*ng expensive than Gold. I no go near am again for my life

Honestly, it's painful sometimes when one lost such huge dolls.

I observed you are an aggressive trader. Your lot sizes are too high.

I will recommend you go for trades with relatively small spreads.

Except you trust your strategy, high lot sizes are good for account with 4 figures minimum.

Don't quit yet, but quit acts that may get you burn your account.

Thanks boss. The instant execution got me into instant -$160. Just imagine this kind loss just for opening a trade . Na why I fear am o. Although lesson learnt is to never use instant order on the pair. It ll be much better If a pending order got filled I think?
