Been famous comes with a price , unless twitter has a competitor ,it would continue to cash out .
Back in the days one box a messaging platform came up with the idea of charging people who owned their e-mail but only 0.5% of their account holder ever did and it went haywire within a year .

The blue tick comes with identity verification. Not just you pay up you get it process. You have to submit identifications to prove you are who you say you are and if you don’t have it, anyone can impersonate you on twitter with fake accounts

This is not true. Twitter can be leveraged in so many ways. It can be worth up to $100B.
But the owner has to be neutral, politically and otherwise. Unfortunately Elon has already thrown in with the right and Republicans!
