How best can this be Done.

Should the law permit that anyone suspected by the police should be Taken to the Police station, phone checked without harassment, if nothing Incriminatiing is found he should be let go.

You have to have a legal search warrant...
Especially if that person is on the radar of the NPF due to reasons of criminality without substantial evidence to convict the person... Nigeria is just lawless at the moment

Reminds me of back in high school.. our school had a no phone policy, but some students kept bringing phones to school.

One day the school caught us by surprise when they called the police.. Students were running to every corner to hide their phones..

Me I was just sitting back and enjoying every moment of it.. We were made to stand in line and we were searched along with our school bags... After they searched and didn't find anything.. They went to the police van and brought out police dogs.. That's when I knew that it was about to go down..😂😂😂

A number of phones were found hidden in less expected places thanks to the police dogs..😂😂😂

I would have expected the state gov’t, that’s supposed to protect the interests of those students, to intervene and instruct the police to fish out those criminals for dismissal and prosecution, but we all know the kind of useless and criminal-minded gov’t we have in Imo that’s beholden to the Nigerian state and whose allegiance lies outside the south-east region! It’s these same criminal officers they would call upon to help them rig the forthcoming elections in the state!
