For instance, if you move around abroad, foreigners seeing your diplomatic passport will give you way. Unless if there is a strong cause to, you will likely not be searched like the ordinary citizens are.

if you are in a diplomatic car in country B belonging to country A. The police of country B dares not stop you, unless when there is absolute reason to do that.

Some people traffic prohibited items using diplomatic passports of their country. I know a lot of people don't even know the import of the diplomatic passport secured by this man, it's not just for citizenship, it's for business. perhaps he didn't think it will come to the fore someday, or he has a way around it, even now. If indeed he has a diplomatic passport and not an ordinary passport I don’t see any problems here. A foreigner who’s consulting for your country will get a diplomatic passport anytime he’s traveling to another country to do his consulting job.

Having a diplomatic passport is more grievous than an ordinary passport. It means he knows some of that country's secrets more than the ordinary citizens.

A a foreigner, you only need work permit to render your services in another country, unless where you are hired as a spy or a special agent, then passport. But diplomatic passport? you are no more just an ordinary citizen.

But the sad situation here is that in Nigeria. possessing any kind of passport of another country (other than that issued at birth), disqualifies you from becoming the president of Nigeria. In USA it is even stricter.

If you are foreigner working for a government as a consultant, you will get a diplomatic passport of that country if your job requires that you travel on their behalf. This is fact! You will be vetted even they offered you the job in the first place.
This is an objective view, no agreeing nor denying Tinubu’s second passport cos we don’t even have any concrete evidence of it yet.
