Remaining 3m can serve as a fall back... Hitting 18m and thinking of staying in a rented apartment isn't what an hustler should even think of.

Search our politicians houses, especially the past military heads of state and the whole world would be shocked on the amount of money that would be seen in their houses.

The 8m can even even generate more than rent in a fixed deposit not to talk of investing in a business.

He was! our politician stole public funds, Escobar didn't! and he , Escobar built schools for free and lots of charity homes to help the people of his country. so he was a lot better in that aspect

True, but you can use it to borrow money from a bank, it would serve as collateral and the fair value will determine the amount of your facility (loan).
