Is well Bro. There is no specific answers to this questions. Their answers are ambiguous and a lot of meanings can be attached to them. Just be yourself, be confident and be informally formal with your interviewer. Every interview is an opportunity to sell urself and get employed. When you go out on a date with a lady and she asks, "can I meet you"? What comes to your mind? You her about yourself, though in an informal manner. Every good answer to “tell me about yourself” should consist of: Work - This should make up about 80% of your answer. Focus on your previous experience and accomplishments here. Your answer should be tailored towards the requirements for the position you are being interviewed for. Let's say you are being interviewed for a customer service position. Normally you are required to say this in a sentence. So let me assume you have no requisite work experience, you can say 'I am that kind of person that gets restless if, for instance, a friend's problem is not solved and, on time.' in a sentence you have ended up telling them you like solve problems, have great interpersonal relationships skills, time-management skills and you have empathy. All these skills and strengths are needed in customer service. However be careful as you may be tested in what you claim to be immediately without knowing it. 5 Likes |

Jamalson:1) say your name, schools attended your academic qualifications, your, hobbies, attitude to work, passions etc. 2) align your qualifications, skills and experience to the job description. Seagodess:I've once worked in Banking sector. Incase you don't know, Branch manager is different from a General Manager. A junior staff can be a Branch manager. From the story of your toaster who has just 6 years experience, it's obvious he was a JJC when he left and probably ABO-SBO grade. But General Manager na Grade level. It's the peak of Professional Banking career. I never knew of any GM that earned below 6-10M monthly. Wetin hin wan go do for Canada? GMs can afford to send their kids to the best of schools anywhere in the world & migrate as a small business owner. Most definitely not as a Taxi driver. Apologies to cab drivers abroad. 1. Just tell him about yourself. Keep it short and simple, highlight your hobbies... good hobbies o and not unrealistic ones... don't mention social media for example.  2. E.g I believe I am a best fit for this job because having gone through the job description, my experience and the skills I have garnered over years makes me a perfect fit for the job. Jamalson:can you tell me about yourself - tell them very briefly about your academic qualifications, your achievements if any, your strong points and the targets you wish to hit with them. They want to see you sound upbeat On the second question, use that opportunity to tell them that you are the best and support it with empirical facts.
