Obidient movement is a brand and doubles as the brand marketer. Peter Obi is the product, a very marketable product. LP is a political party that ordinarily should be the manufacturer of the product. But a political party in Nigeria will always be a political party. Selfish, greedy, dirty and corrupt. They are all fighting over the soul of LP now because one man has breathed life into it. Who would have gone to court because of LP in 2021? Obi should watch out for these corrupt politicians and not allow them to stain his brand.

So someone can just come up with lies and take to Court and the court will just issue order immediately for that person to step aside without any atom of investigation.

You don't know the NEC can make electoral guidelines for nomination into Party Offices and Candidates at all levels. The NEC co-ordinates every activity of the Party bar the National Convention. Was it not the NEC that empowered Abdullahi Adamu last year?

Go to the APC Constitution 13.3 and the PDP's 31(2)I
.... Can't remember that of LP. NEC can over-rule every decision of any organ of the Party, including the NWC (except National Convention) in one second.

Those officers suspended alongside abure are those that are pro obi/pro abure obviously.with them gone,abure and his camp were fully in charge so who called for a nec meeting aside the acting chair or secretary?

Edo High court has no jurisdiction so far Abuja High court ruled before the Edo High court. Abure only needs to go the Appeal court.

Can an High Court vacate an order earlier issued by another High Court?

The NEC of APC submitted Lawan name even when he was not part of the election and the supreme court of Nigeria had no power to upturn it

NEC don't always meet at the behest of the NWC. Infact,.no National Chair calls for NEC if he doesn't have majority of members on his side. NEC can be forced if the Chairman is reluctant to go. All needed is signatures of two-thirds of members and you have a NEC meeting whether or not the Chairman is there.

During the time of Nwodo of PDP, he even went to Court to stop the NEC meeting after the Governors and Jonathan had endorsed it. You don't need any National Officer for NEC to hold.

All the States Chairmen and other members of the Party were in Asaba. Infact the Kwara LP Chair moved the motion for the suspension of the Abure Camp.

Again, on what pedestal can Abure go to Court for his Candidates?
He is only in Court 'cos of Abure, that is a different matter that doesn't concern the Candidates.

Only a person who participated in the Primaries can challenge the emergence of another. Pre-election matters can only exist under Section 29(5) and 84(14) of the Electoral Act.
