I have emphasized privately to many individuals in the positions of leadership and followership, the importance of selflessness when entrusted with the responsibility to lead either by appointment, selection or election.

Leaders must learn to put the interests of their followers first above personal interests!

Respect is not by coercion, it is earned by the quality of leadership exhibited.

Anyone entrusted with public property must ensure full accountability for the those properties to earn their trust and respect.

We must therefore do all we can to live above boards as leaders.

There must be fairness and equity for us to have peace, a fundamental recipe for societal development.

We will do all our best at our own end to re-orientate everyone towards this direction.


By the grace of God, we shall work together to bring about true change that will reflect the will of the people for the good of our society.

Dekina has suffered a lot in diverse ways because of these leadership challenges.

Leaders must truly wake up.

Please let us not dwell on this anymore, there are a lot ahead of us.

Let’s harness everything we have to build an egalitarian society.
