@emboldened, that's because you probably don't trade in Tradefair or haven't traded in Tradefair for long. Last year, the powers that be at Tradefair sold off some plots of land to some very rich businessmen.

A half plot of land was going for 60m. In order to get a full plot, you'd pay 120m. Very few of these businessmen who wanted to get those lands wanted up to 2 to 1½ plots of land. They had to do a meeting and agree that nobody gets more than a plot. Now imagine if a man could purchase 2 plots for 240m, just land o, how much do you think his total money would worth for him to be willing to pay such an amount for just 2 plots of land?

Bro, they might be one or two people, but billionaires, in naira of course, dey Tradefair. Trust me.

No. It doesn't. While I don't exist in the bank accounts of the man, this man is a serious money bag. The only way to confirm his true wealth is if one knows all his investments and it's hard to do so. But, I still believe the man is a billionaire. He's been trading in Tradefair since '03. His money is not just from today.

I know for a fact that if you work with any of the major blue-chip companies like Total, Nlng,MTN e.t.c, bank marketers will be running after you with kneels on the ground begging you to obtain a loan.

How much more these businessmen with the volume of transactions that occur in their accounts daily. That someone bought a land of 240m does not mean he has the money stashed somewhere and just brought it out at the snap of his fingers.

And guess what, some of these loans go bad because the people we call billionaires can't service the loans and the banks can't recover the money.

There's an entire department in the bank with staff whose only job is to recover bad loans.
