I can't recall him saying so but i see this as a stepping stone to making a renewed bid to buy Arsenal. I imagine this is an attempt to prove himself as an investor in football in order to prove himself worthy of Arsenal.

This useless Dangote wants to buy a club in Europe but still looking for Nigeria government to give him money to complete the fantom refinery in Lagos.
