Do you know that there is a new trend with companies especially these small scale "One man businesses" Companies schedule interviews with people they have no intention hiring, They take advantage of frustrated job seekers, ask them questions usually around business development to steal their ideas. Job seekers who went through pain or spent a lot, some even borrowed to arrive at the interview venue.
