I saw this morning on Track news the dates fixed for the hearing of the Election tribunal cases slated on the 11th,12th and 13th of May, 2023. Please I want Nairalanders to verify the authenticity of this news.
If it is true, then God's hand is at work. Because a prophet prophesied the date for the hearing to be 13th of May, and he spoke about who won the Election case - this was in the first week of March.

How does this stop the swearing in on May 29th?

It takes 180 days for tribunal to make judgement and once Tinubu is sworn in, he will use all powers as the president to disrupt the tribunal process

His question was simple. Is the tribunal starting on the 13th of May?

It will likely start in may but I dont know the exact date.but take note that there will start with prehearing sessions where the judges will first welcome the lawyers, agree on how much time to give a witness to testify, time allotted to defence and petitioners to present their cases which will be at least a month each.this prehearing will at least take two weeks.after that, obi and lp will each have one to two months to present their cases and after they close their case, defence will also have a month or two to present theirs.after that, the judges will call for final oral and written addresses and give each party one week to submit theirs.after that, they will adjourn for judgment.so,the thinking that judgment will be given before may 29 is a mirage.

I like how they treated Obi by rigging him out, When Obi is rightfully installed then he will not have the soft spot to spare corrupt persons in government - that was my only fear. These propagandist corrupt to the marrow will be first victims.

Do you sincerely think with a clear conscience that nothing went wrong in the elections? How did Tinubu with a Muslim-Muslim ticket competing with two other more popular Muslims in the North, win against the only popular Christian candidate during the election? Christians and Church leaders saw Tinubu's comments and ambitions as an insult and threat to her existence. He even went ahead to hire fake Bishops in a bid to feign support of Christians, yet, you saw the massive claims of Christian votes. You can argue that Christians voted Tinubu after the numerous insults, in the same light I can argue that Muslims voted Obi and Atiku enmasse. Please give valid arguments not insults, threats or trolls - we are civilized people.

If two far more popular and widely respected Northerners/Muslims couldn't sweep the entire NorthEast and NorthWest votes, then we should ask ourselves very sincere questions. Shettima is no heavyweight in comparison to Atiku and Kwankwaso. Obi on the other hand, had the majority of support of the SS, SE, and NC - the recent evidence of Obi winning Benue is proof of Obi's claims. First, they said prove how he was rigged out, then he brought evidences on rigging in Rivers - then they said it was just one state. Now, we have Benue in the bag, soon it will be up to 6 states, then the greatest embarrassment in the history of Nigeria will be unveiled.
cum this boy, go and get a life, obi has failed, don't put your life expectations on him

That's why you guys can't move on, it is easier to compromise court than it is an election

Obi is a learner, so all this childish analysis is not the reality

And also remove your mind from fake prophecies abi prediction they are all fake emotional sentiment

This your post is just full of religious war.

If we are to go by the narrative your party sold us, then it was a religious war. A very insensitive MuMu ticket shouldn't have been allowed to set sail, if we are to uphold religious sensitivity in a nation seating on religious gun powders at the time. How come all of a sudden the man who sacrificed his opportunity to Prof. Yemi Osibanjo in a bid to douse religious tensions, all of a sudden begins to sparehead it? He had at several times won against the danger of a MuMu ticket, why then the change of tone? I thought they said he was a political strategist, how come he didn't know he was up against 2 other Muslims with more popularity in the North, if he intended to win square and fair? A kindergarten wouldn't have been so daft to tow such an already doomed line. This is why they sold the religious war propaganda against Peter Obi - knowing how damaging it could be to his career, yet they were the champions of it. The Prince of Lagos insuinating that "Christian Politicians" were incompetent. What an insult to a people, "politics is a game of numbers" - so the over 100million Christians are insignificant in the nation. If Christians are insignificant why then was the Northern Hegemony against including religious stats in the Census - because like BVAS, technology will expose their fraudulent numbers. I need people sound in politics to help me explain Tinubu's victory, and how come they are trying so hard for people to accept him. Did he really win up to 40% votes, or it was less than that; considering the disdain for his Leadership?

Any Christian Politician lobbying for appointments from Tinubu's administration after his numerous insults to them, pastors and the Church is a shameless ridicule and has no political prestige hence no political value.

If Muslims were half ridiculed by Tinubu's administration and PCC, we won't be speaking of a nation anymore. I submit my humble assertions to well meaning Nigeria on the threat of an incoming administration.

It is cowardly actions like this that have sold the future of the next generations. What do you benefit from all of these fraudulent shows in Nigeria? If someone came to claim your family ancestral land because he loves doing so to people, will you seat and fold your hands while he robs your family? Definitely No, if Nigeria is not well nothing can be well with her citizens - not even those claiming to be financially loaded - hand go still meet everyone.

No wonder people don’t take u obi people serious
they have very low I.Q the reason they are easily manipulated. The legal duration for presidential election tribunal is 180 days complete 6 months, for hearing, cross examination, forensic analysis, the petitioners must prove their case pooling unit by pooling unit, you will photocopy all the election materials and all the form EC8 original result sheets. Then you end at supreme court for which judgement must be delivered within 2 months

Well I'm happy with the MuMu ticket because going forward, religous tickets won't matter much whether Christian-Christian or MuMu.

We already have tribal politics as a headache, adding religious politics and sentiment to it is not feasible.

A generation without posterity will believe every lie that they are sold. Those of you shouting prophets were the ones running to attend online Church meetings during the Pandemic. Then Tinubu contest all of a sudden Prophets of God with known track records become liers. If you were a Muslim I would have tolerated you, but it is obvious that you know the truth but have decided to peddle lies. I leave you at the hand of your creator.

Stop being emotional and face reality. All you itemized above just goes to show Tinubu acfually won. With so much obstacle he still went ahead to get the highest number of votes cast. Abi you want to deceive yourself LP didnt rig at all

LP lost . Pure and simple.

And to all neophyte obidients , tribunal is out to do two things
1. Establish irregularities
2. Determine if the level of irregularities is strong enough to warrant cancellation of election.
Since al parties will prove eachothers rigging the cout will be left with number 2.
LP cant prove number 2.
