Please I am a graduate of a non-health related field but I have 2years experience working in a local hospital here and have experience in a technical field.
I have taken some online health courses and obtained certificates from Alison and Flourence Academy.
Recently, I took the IELTS exam and had an excellent band

Now, I am trying to apply for jobs.
Before my IELTS exam, I have applied through NHS for over 50 vacancies but none was successful.
Now I've gotten my IELTS result, I want to try for the new job opportunities.

I also tried submitting applications on vacancies I found at other sites such as "indeed" but none has been successful so far.

What could I be doing wrong?
As for the NHS job vacancies, why are they not accepting my application?

Who can guide me please? I will appreciate

If one paid for COS, is it a must for such person to be interviewed cos I believed the COS is supposed to be offered without any form of interview for the job

You must be interviewed! It is mandatory by home office for employers to do it and keep the records for as long as u are employed. They can request the records from them at anytime and failure to provide that will be catastrophic. So if you are in the forum and ur employer just gave u CoS while you are overseas without interview, let me stop here for now.
