Normally, here's the way I do my thing:
You pay for the screen and I send it to you. When the parcel gets to you, don't open it. Rather, take it to your engineer and then take another phone and start a video recording of the parcel while the engineer is unboxing it. The video must show the screen in the parcel up to the point where it is tested on the Umidigi phone (screen must be tested first before installation) This stands as evidence to prove whether the screen works or not.
If you're OK with this, let's make a deal.

Nb: there mustn't be any interruption or stoppage in the recording from the parcel unboxing to the point of testing the screen.

Good Morning House...... i'm currently having issue with my A11 pro max.
The issue is the power/on button, it press automatically and it goes straight to my camera option.
I change the power button recently.
Someone should kindly assist me for solution.

good evening house, I have been using my umidigi a11 pro max since last year without issues except d battery no Dy last, I changed my password and now I have forgotten it, is there a way I can get back into the phone without loosing my datas cos I no won do factory reset...... thanks
