Political activist, Omotayo Williams has reacted to a viral photo of children at the front of an Airport in Ebonyi state eating food.

It is no longer news that the Ebonyi state recently launched an airport which was completed under the administration of Gov Dave Umah

The act, however, has generated lots of reactions from Nigerians as many have praised the administration for successfully building the airport.

However, more reactions trooped in after some children were captured in front of the airport eating crumbs In the picture that was shared online, the children, about five of them, were eating the food with their bare hands.


Reacting to the picture, Tayo said that the Ebonyi state govt claimed it spent billions of dollars building the airport but children were captured eating leftover foods

He proceeded to say the Journalist who questioned why the govt would spend such an amount of money on building an airport while children were eating leftover food, was suspended….

Starting free foods at home?

How has that worked with free primary school program at national level?

Poverty can be eradicated by private investors. They are the ones who invest and employ adults, who get paid and they can feed their kids like the one you saw in that picture.

That airport is for viability for private investors

Government has no direct responsibility eradicating poverty, it is Private sector work. Government is to provide infrastructure and private sector-thriving policies.

Which Umahi is working on and will be complimented by his successor

Omotoya is just an envious yoraba man. He can't even hide his frustration that Ebonyi built such gigantic airport while non of the states in his region could build any decent airport.

What Ekiti built and called airport is not even fit to be used as GIG motor park 🤣🤣
