Which kind complications is this? That means London is also the Capital of two separate countries.

I don't think England, Wales or Scotland can be referred to as Countries, as in a state. Is there an English, Welsh or Scottish passport or citizen? Is there an English, Welsh or Scottish Military? Is there an English, Welsh or Scottish embassy or high commission in any country? The point is that we can best refer to them as Nations. There's a difference between a nation and a country even though they can be similar in some cases.

Just that, those nations agreed to operate independently in certain matters like football, for example. The Igbo or Yoruba nation can do the same too, as long as FIFA accepts and the country, Nigeria is OK with it. I just hope I'm not sounding too stupid sha...

That's the way Nigeria started. The regions ran as country in the same republic until the disaster called military intervention happened. The UK countries - that's what they identify as - are devolved under to fiscal policies. They were among the first members of FIFA and registered as individual countries. If we devolve in our constitution. We may attain that too.

Arab nations don't want anything to do with Israel that was why European Union accept Israel
