But if u and I are honest, u would see that these bridges are not part of any greater master plan or design, is just point build and move on....20years from now u would see the effects hopefully I'm wrong

World Bank water supply project? Why not Government sponsored water supply project?
When the colonial masters built treated water supply systems all over Nigeria, did they involve the World Bank?
The colonial masters left, Nigeria government watched the water supply projects disappear. Nigeria crooked politicians watch citizens sink private water boreholes indiscriminately.
Nigeria politicians go abroad and see that private water boreholes are not means of public water supply system.
