World Bank water supply project? Why not Government sponsored water supply project?
When the colonial masters built treated water supply systems all over Nigeria, did they involve the World Bank?
The colonial masters left, Nigeria government watched the water supply projects disappear. Nigeria crooked politicians watch citizens sink private water boreholes indiscriminately.
Nigeria politicians go abroad and see that private water boreholes are not means of public water supply system.

So as the world bank is doing it already, you want the state government to sink money into it so they can brag it's government sponsored? I'm trying to understand your point.
