Send a webform attaching the new travel document/passport (Do it at least twice). They will update the passport details and the document number.

I know this because we did the same for my spouse.

Although i am yet to get PPR but i checked the tracker and saw the visa doc no, visa is to expire aug 2023 which is when my old passport expires. i have renewed the passport, do i send the new one?
also if the new one is sent will the visa given still be till august 2023?

What makes a spouse status legal? If your spouse has study permit, is it a legal status or it must be work permit and PERMANENT residence?

If your spouse have study permit and class have resume, you can flagpole.

How do I know the status of my application.. I received a message in my email.. But the agent is saying there is no mail in the portal.. And he doesn't want to give me login details.

I tried to do forgot username.. But no reset email yet.. Dunno why am not getting reset email.

It’s application fee. Probably there was a charge back on the card used for the payment. Did she pay herself or used agent?

Modified: Just saw she used an agent. The person probably used a fraudulent card or did a charge back after making payment. Your sister in-law should send a mail or webform explaining what happened and make the payment. She might be reconsidered. She’s really lucky to have escaped 5yrs ban.

If he used old portal I don’t think you can have access to it because only him has the security answers. If you can go to his office to see things yourself, that’s better.

I doubt because it’s clearly stated on the tracker “Once we approve you for temporary residence in Canada, you’ll get a Visitor Visa. Your document details will be listed below.”
