As men, I beg you in the name of God or anything/ deity you believe in, sometimes, it is okay to take a break. Learn to find creative ways to take breaks before transitioning activities. For instance, after a long day at work and spending 1 or more hour(s) in traffic, when you arrive home and after you park your car, or walk through your gate, please take a minute or two to decompress before walking into the house. Take deep breaths, relax your shoulders and stay in the a state of mindfulness as you decompress.

Transitioning activities is important because in this instance, the stimulations you respond to, not limited to visual/ auditory/ physical/ mental and emotional at work and traffic are going to be different from your home. There are so many other examples. Also, utilize your PTO (Payed Time Off)!!!! I can't speak enough about this. It is called payed time off for a reason! I would never ever take up a significant amount of my woman’s family’s financial burden even if her head game is A+😂

I believe parents are only setting up their daughters for tough times in marriage when they allow a man to fund their daughter’s education 100%. The man would obviously feel that he owns her and is her lord and manor

True. The thing is a Yorba woman is very much welcomed home if she decides she is tired of her marriage. But igbo land, except in a case where her life is in danger, going back home isn't much welcomed. Her people will be asking her what she is coming back to do.

We started consultation and I spent four straight hours on my feet, and when the instruction came to stop around 4pm, there were more patients waiting for us than we had seen. And my section alone had seen over 200. I don't know the amount Medicine, Surgery, O&G, Pediatrica etc had seen.

Most of these people have nowhere else to turn to for healthcare, and they came in droves because it was free.

We exhausted every single drug we came with, tablet and eyedrop, and it was not even close to being sufficient.

And where and how do I even begin to describe the problem with almajiri children and the devastating effects of extreme poverty on children?
Three children with Xerophthalmia and Nyctalopia - caused by a deficiency of vitamin A - how do you begin to ask them to alter their diet when them no dey see food chop?
