A woman can pick her man based on his financial status. Nothing wrong there. Just understand that there are not enough of those men to go around so if she doesn't mind sharing make she fire down.

I'm not saying there are no good, loyal Igbo women I'm just saying there's a culture that institutionalized men carrying the bulk of the financial load. There's a reason your men are the last to marry amongst all the tribes because the financial pressures are different. We all know this

I have some female Igbo friends whom I was cool with till they went on feminist Rampage. Their fathers are all late and one common theme i discovered is that while they were alive they were the ones paying every single bill. Could it be that all that financial pressure and stress hastened their demise who knows? But look deeply I'm almost certain that even Igbo men don't live as long as their contemporaries from other tribes

I don't blame said Kukiyu girls either, I blame men for lacking discipline for their wood. Cos if you used your bigger head to think you would be interested in finding out what value a woman adds to your life before dealing with her
I want to believe the roles their father’s relatives played after his demise must have a big hand in their drive towards Feminism . They were probably angry with how the Igbo culture didn’t rate the female child in inheritance matters.

Funny thing with people like that is they overdo things and will start seeing every man through the lens of misogyny , chauvinism and so on

You are very right. It's mostly among the illiterate men. Infact the most simps are the illiterate traders. They are the ones sponsoring girlfriends in schools. When it comes to woman matter, their senses fly out the window.

I have personally heard two cases where both men retained their wives and the kids they conceived for another man while in the marriage. One of them was even a man whose servant impregnated his wife. He sent the boy home and kept his wife and the pregnancy for himself.

E dey happen very well even as we speak. Na illiterate traders dey do am
Toh. I have friends that Schooled in the East and my ears are full with these stories. Some knack these girls who are their course mates while the poor chaps are slaving away in Aba or Onitsha paying their school fees

If you reason their talk too much you no go fit serious with woman cos the trust element will be completely dead (not that I advocate you trust any human being anyway)

This pregnancy thing is complex but yeah when I heard that whole your wife's kids are yours whether na you put am there or not na there I press pause. Cos for me paternity fraud is an unpardonable crime

Omo where person wan start for this Nigeria sef?

Number 187 out of 191 Health systems as ranked by WHO.

As part of the 63rd AGM of the Nigerian Medical Association, I was invited to be part of a team conducting an outreach in a neighbouring LGA two hours from Jalingo.

Omo, these guys turned the hospital to a marketplace. We even had to hustle for space to park the vehicles, such was the crowd waiting for us.

We started consultation and I spent four straight hours on my feet, and when the instruction came to stop around 4pm, there were more patients waiting for us than we had seen. And my section alone had seen over 200. I don't know the amount Medicine, Surgery, O&G, Pediatrica etc had seen.

Most of these people have nowhere else to turn to for healthcare, and they came in droves because it was free.

We exhausted every single drug we came with, tablet and eyedrop, and it was not even close to being sufficient.

And where and how do I even begin to describe the problem with almajiri children and the devastating effects of extreme poverty on children?
Three children with Xerophthalmia and Nyctalopia - caused by a deficiency of vitamin A - how do you begin to ask them to alter their diet when them no dey see food chop?

They impoverish these people. Feed them when they like. Brainwash them with religion..which the elites and affluent obviously don't follow to the T. Then use same hungry and sick millions to amass a staggering number of votes. Rinse and repeat.

I saw on front page that Nasarawa governors son married a white woman. And the governor with his people were there shinning teeth. That's after hating America. They preach hatred against America to these poor followers..and turn around to famz America every chance they get.

Some of this is true. And on the other hand a lot of these feminists and rad fems are that just because. If you check critically a lot of them have never actually been hurt or harmed by men infact on the contrary men have been responsible for them living comfortable lives. They hear of some random girl in Afghanistan and Indi and channel all that rage to men overall.

What I found interesting is that of all regions in Nigeria Igbo women actually go to school the most, in fact after the war most parents sent their daughters to school while the sons were taught to learn trade and other blue collar handwork. In fact of all the tribes I'd argue it's Northern women that should be the most rabid feminists because they're the ones that really suffer gender inequality. Not the Igbo men that ensure these same women live in the lap of luxury

It's funny too how they're all feminists till they bring the bill or invoice that's when you hear even the most independent holla. "I be woman oh"

BTW what's going on in the music industry right now.

If I was Asake, I would be livid. They don recreate the guy sound down to the drums, shekere, and even the singer...

You no longer need to feature Asake to tune into the king of sound and blues grin grin grin

Imagine Asake listening to Tiwa Savage's Stamina. The guy go just dey one corner dey cry

Same way Davido found Awka-made Tems to feature on Kante.

Asake is a producers creation and is easy to replicate. He has no unique individual talent

If choir effect is selling, any producer can replicate it. Below is how. Even Burna has started using choir effect now.

How do you negotiate pass this? I know there are genuine desire and all but they don't come in manifold and most of them are not your taste but few.

I understand your feelings but men with money will continue to buy loyalty with money as long as there are getting married to their specification.

I think it was Afrodoc that said creativity is not easy , I agree with him 💯 particularly in relations to naija music industry.

No be today a less popular artist will build a full career out of copying an already established artist’s complete style of music, melody and vibes. Sometimes u wouldn’t even know it’s not the original artist singing if u don’t watch videos or read the title/artist name.

There’s K1 the ultimate and there there is K2 Kolade Onanuga and K3 the ultimate . They all sing songs composed by K1 the ultimate , use his vibe and melody to make money when called for life performance .

There’s this guy that sings exactly like Saheed Osupa , knows all his songs by heart and I’ve watched videos of him performing the songs to people’s admiration.

Even the late baba Ara , there are at least two musicians who sing all his songs performing at shows and getting paid for his works. Only God knows if the family of the late musician get anything off them for constantly using his works.

The whole autotune and AI generation will just make things worse .

With the introduction of electric vehicles coming into Nigeria, I see filling stations and malls or even car wash adding charging points to their sales
