Not bad. in terms of aesthetics, it looks good. The environment around the project, still lacked foresight. With time the static layout of structural, mechanical, and electrical layout will be clear, to really judge the engineering of this project. But overall, not bad.

Nigerian money, with eastern input is working. We want fairness. More igbos in the security forces, catch up projects for the east. The FG don't do even up to 25% in the east and near east.
